Shout Out to the Lady Spartans Track Team

This past weekend your Lady Spartans participated in the Buffalo Relays Varsity track meet. Even with 25 mph winds, we were able to bring home some hardware and personal bests! The Swedish Relay, consisting of Cecilia Wheeler, Delaliza Eban, Morgan Moore and Nevaeh Steptoe, and the 4x800 meter relay, consisting of Trinity Lamar, Corazon Leal, Annabelle Zaraket and Aliyah Britt both took home 3rd place finishes. Morgan Moore placed 4th in the 300 meter hurdles while Corazon Leal also placed 4th in the open 400 meter run. In addition, Annabelle Zaraket went sub 6 in her mile running a 5:53.86 which is a HUGE personal best and makes her the first girl to break 6 minutes in 8 years at Lakes! Come check out your Lady Spartans this week as our JV team runs home on Thursday and Varsity runs at Tomball Memorial on Friday!

Hall Pass System

  Students a pass out of class is to go to the destination on the pass and then return directly to class. The pass is not to meet up with friends, hang in the halls or stairwells. Please go to the destination and return to class with no stops in between. Instructional time is important, maximize every minute!
