Mental Health Alliance - Counseling Team

Good morning, Spartans! Yesterday during advisory, we had the powerful opportunity to watch the district’s video as part of our Suicide Prevention Week. Today, we’re continuing the conversation with a special initiative! Stop by the Counselor’s Table during lunch to explore resources available for both students and staff who may need help or support. Whether you're looking for information, someone to talk to, or ways to support others, we’re here for you. This is all part of our theme: “Changing the Narrative on Suicide.” We're working to shift from a culture of silence and stigma to one of openness, empathy, and support. Let’s challenge misconceptions, encourage meaningful conversations, and remind each other that seeking help is a sign of strength. Together, we can make a difference.
